Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports, monthly/yearly/3 years forecast.
  • Analyze financial reports, monitor & explain variances and perform trend analysis.
  • Work closely with business managers in developing and recommending financial strategies for current/new business initiatives.
  • Propose accounting treatment and assist in formulation, revision and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Be a partner to relevant departments (on financial/statutory perspectives) for ad hoc projects.
Requirement:
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy with 2-5 years of post qualification accounting, financial planning and/or audit experience.
  • Meticulous, analytical, independent, organized and a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
Accountant
Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivables and collections (including review of billings).
  • Review and prepare monthly audit schedules and accruals.
  • Assist in the documentation / implementation of Sarbanes Oxley controls; and refine work processes for work efficiency.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in the area of Accountancy.
  • Meticulous, independent, resourceful, organized and a good team player.
  • Able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience in managing a small team will be an advantage.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high quality motion graphics for the network.
  • Create Graphic Designs and Visual Effects for On-Air Promotion, Channel Branding, Program Packaging and Sales Tapes.
Requirement:
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in the broadcasting / media industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.
  • Creative, Independent and able to see through a creative project from conceptualisation of ideas, layout presentation to visual design.
  • Good knowledge of Apple Macintosh computers.
  • Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of Cinema 4D and Maya will be an added advantage.
Producer
Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and produce on-air promotional trailers, including scripting, editing, overseeing graphics and sound design.
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years' experience in on-air promo production (preferably with a multi-national network).
  • Able to self-edit on Final Cut Pro and work with Photoshop.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight broadcast deadlines.
Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Brainstorm clever and creative ideas on how to build the Animax brand through digital initiatives.
  • Marketing and promotion of Animax's websites.
  • Manage content on Animax's websites and social networks.
  • Development of Web Marketing initiatives.
  • Seek out on-line and other media partners.
  • Communicate effectively with and manage a group of Animax Youth Council members.
Requirement:
  • Tertiary education with experience in marketing, preferably digital. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in Anime a plus.
  • Dynamic and fun personality.
Presentation Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily transmission schedules.
  • Ensure on-air promotional materials are scheduled in line with the programming strategies.
  • Maintain information in the broadcast system.
Requirement:
  • Analytical and attentive to details.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team Player.
Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Production of program menus and reversion of on-air promotional materials and music videos.
  • Liaising with video editors and audio engineers to ensure that all promos are accurate and completed for transmission.
  • Script, edit and produce non-key and episodic promos.
  • Plan and track monthly on-air promo production for the various feeds.
  • Raise Purchase Orders.
  • Ad Hoc duties and coordiation to ensure that promos are accurate and completed for transmission.
Requirement:
  • Tertiary education, preferably with 1-2 years of television post-production experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Meticulous, Able to work irregular hours and under pressure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, resourceful, fast learner, and independent.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.
